All accounts for domains under our control have now been moved. If you have a domain on Server 7 that is not under our control, you should have now received an e-mail detailing what will be required

We would like to inform you that our server management staff are making some changes to our servers and network in preparation for our new hosting platform that is launching in the next few weeks. As part of this work, certain hosting accounts are being moved to different servers, of which your account is one of them. Whilst our server management staff can normally handle such a move on their own, your particular account has been highlighted due to the fact that your domain name is not registered by ourselves and so we do not have access/authority to make changes and so update the nameservers for your domain in order to perform this work.
We will be moving your account within the week and at this point manually updating the DNS to redirect your website to the new server that it will be located on. This will not affect your hosting account, nor cause any downtime. This will then just require that you update the nameservers, using the details that will be provided to you in a ticket that will be opened at the time the work is performed. If you are happy to update the nameservers on your own, you can then obviously make the required changes yourself. You can alternatively either provide us with the login details for your existing domain registrar and we can perform this for you, or alternatively you may wish to transfer your domain to us and we can then make the required changes.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you not make arrangements via any of the above methods for the nameservers to be updated, as of the end of this month (31/01/10) your domain name and associated e-mail will cease to work, therefore we recommend that this is performed as soon as possible.
Should you require any clarification or assistance with any of the above, please open a ticket to our Support Team, who will be happy to advise and assist you with the required changes.
