I have tried several times to add the osCommerce Power Tool to my account, I just keep getting this error message::
osCommerce Online Store
ERROR: Unable to log in to the MySQL database: (1045, "Access denied for user 'rallyuk'@'localhost' (using password: YES)").
Please help if you can.

Hi Cliff,
I don't use osCommerce myself, but looking at the error message you have posted I wonder if you have set up the MySQL database correctly. Are you using the correct user name and password?
Just my two pence worth...

This would normally indicate that the MySQL password provided to the Powertools installer is incorrect. If OSCommerce does not have the correct password, it cannot therefore access the database
