Just changed a domain name to Penguin. When I come to change the "nameserver" all I get is an "Authorisation Error" The input nameserver details are correct.(ns1.awardspace.com) Any idea whats going wrong ?
I have even tried the IP addresses but that also fails with this error message

It may be that the domain was previously still in the process of being transferred. Can you try changing this again? If you are still having difficulties, I would recommend then opening a support ticket as that is our official method of support and so will provide you with a very quick response to the matter.

Madasafish transferred the domain successfully for a couple of days then for some unknown reason transferred it back to them again. The problem has now been resolved and the web site is up and working via Penguin

If it was transferred to our TAG, they would not be able to transfer this back again - they physically lose the authority to perform this once on our TAG. It's me likely that they had not performed the transfer for you the first time around, therefore the domain was showing in the client area for you but not being on our TAG at the time was not manageable.
